Had my vehicle booked in for an oil change and also requested a couple of minor defects be looked at and rectified, one was an overhead light that failed to cancel itself out once vehicle was started and put in gear, it was demonstrated to me that the light was canceling out but after taking delivery of my vehicle I noticed shortly after that I had to manually turn this light off. I asked for a warped tail gate protector to be looked at, the work order after described heat being applied along with an additional screw to rectify the problem, after spending a considerable length of time at the dealership I was in a hurry to get home where I inspected the tail gate protector which was still warped, I don't blame the Service Advisor for sub-standard work that was carried out, the tailgate protector was part of an after market package and on the vehicle when I purchased it, the vehicle I traded in had a similar protector which I had installed myself and it was fine.
