Worst experience ever Buyer Beware

I purchased a used vehicle from Bank Street Kia in May 2015. It was by far the worst car buying experience I have had. The whole experience, start to finish was awful. First, when I picked up my vehicle, it was filthy inside and out. They didn't even bother to clean it. The tank was empty, the sales person had to leave me waiting so he could go put a measly $10 into the tank - it wasn't even full. I had them include winter tires on rims and only recently I found out that they gave me the wrong size for my vehicle. This caused damage to my vehicle that I had to replace. I made the mistake of trusting the dealership that they would give me a set of tires and rims that fit my car and not tires means for a bigger vehicle. In talking to their sister dealership Bank Street Hyundai they confirmed that Kia grossly overcharged me for the used vehicle. A horrible experience. They're a bunch of crooks.
