Friendly, straight forward, kind, personable

Good service, Friendly, persuasive!! Made my buying experience good, even tho I didn't want to spend that much lol Waited a while tho when picking up my car, to finish the paperwork, as it was really busy, but I didn't have any pressing engagements.
