Absolutely terrible service and staff that just doesn't care
The sales staff neglected to inform me of many defects of the vehicle I purchased when it was sold to me, simply because it was pre owned and did not go through the proper inspection process before resale. Once the sale was official, smp essentially told me it would cost me more to sue them for purchasing a defective car then it would to fix it myself. I will never purchase another vehicle from smp again, I work in the banking industry and I make sure every person I come in contact with knows how terrible of service is provided from smp
