Hi Colin, we apologize your vehicle repair took longer than anticipated, but we do not always have as much control as we would like when bringing in parts that need to come from outside of the province. I am glad we were able to provide a rental car at no charge to you, and I am happy we paid for your wheel alignment too. But please keep in mind that not all of your vehicle needs are going to be covered under warranty. Wheel alignments and other routine maintenance, whether associated with additional warranty work or not, are a customer responsibility.
