The way we as clients are treated is why I traded my Aveo in for a Sonic. The level of service does NOT go down even when your warranty is up. If there has been something seriously wrong with any of my cars over the years I have watched as each service expert has seemed to take it as a personal mission to set it right, I've never felt like a DUMB girl if all I can say is it's making noises. And something as simple as picking up your car after a service to find it shiny and clean just adds another layer of win.
