Unhappy with the service adviser, pushy & didn't listen to my requests. 1/2 h - 45 min inspection appointment turned into 2 h wait with no updates.

The inspection itself can take about 30-45 minutes, plus the additional diagnosis that you had requested. I am sorry to see that it took longer than anticipated.
