We would have rated our recent sales experience five stars but initially there were a couple speed bumps. Although we paid cash for our Santa Fe with no need for financing our experience with the first finance manager was less than stellar. Full disclosure and more honesty during our discussion would have left us with a better impression. Aside from this, our sales rep Naim and Johnny (Finance manager) were both professional, very attentive and accommodating. We really appreciated their dedication, candor, thoughtfulness and would highly recommend both of them on any given day. Thank you as well to the service team for having our new vehicle ready, looking great and in immaculate condition before delivery. We love it!
