A very displeased customer.
I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service (or lack there of) demonstrated while attempting to resolve the issue of a mark / residue of some sort left on my brand new car when I went to pick it up on Sat. Sept. 17th 2016. I was initially told that the 'cloudy' marking on my car was some left over soap from the car being washed (which I found to be very odd) and was told that the first time I washed the car that it would come right off. After washing my vehicle 3 separate times I found that the spot on it was still very evidently there, so I went back and saw my sales person, which is when he took me to a near by shop that does car detailing, where I was told that it was left over wax, and I was instructed by the sales person that all I had to do was "Just go to Canadian Tire, get some Meguiars car wax, and wax your hood by hand, it'll come right out". I feel that basically telling me to "fix it myself" is in incredibly poor way of resolving an issue with a brand new vehicle that was present the day I picked it up.
