Client gets screwed and will no longer do business with you

oil change - regardless of whether my contract 3 years ago said this or not...and given that I have been late numerous times for an oil change with no penalty. Imagine my frustration to arrive 200km over the 80,000 and be told I now have to pay for my last oil change. I don't want to hear you hide behind the "cadillac billing rules" or it's in the service agreement. Regardless, I was on the road for work and could not get their sooner. So I get penalized over 200km. The result...you have lost a customer for life. A customer for service and maintenance and for my next vehicle in a year. Over $80! It's the principle of it for me.
