We were taken thru the total transaction from the paperwork, to the details in and outside our new vehicle. Mike Hayes was meticulous in explaining each integral phase of the documents which would conclude our business deal. Mike made sure we were well versed in the vehicle functions from front to back, top to bottom. He assisted us with On Star, radio features, safety features and gave us an on hands demonstration of setting up the bluetooth format.
