Everyone was friendly; hot coffee was good; hopefully the recall work was done well!
Brought car for recall work; shuttle driver was courteous and fair in driving people who had been waiting the longest; hot coffee was very appreciated in the waiting room, as was the wifi; I assume the recall work was done properly.
