He was patient, attentive and considerate of my circumstances. Tran knows his vehicles, inside out, and answered my endless questions in order to determine what would best suit my needs. He was very honest about pros and cons of certain amenities in order to help me decide on features. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy before I was ready. On delivery, Tran spent as much time as I needed in order to familiarize the vehicle for me. Out of all my experiences of vehicle purchasing, this was the easiest, smoothest, and least stressful purchase I have ever made.
