Repairs to drive belt pulley due to a failed bolt.
The repairs were completed as described by the service advisor (Dan Strong) in a timely and efficient manner. An outstanding Honda recall was also performed at the same time.
I thought that the drive belt should have been covered under warranty, as a new one was installed less than one year ago, but Dan checked with his supervisor and was told that it could not be covered under warranty because of the failed pulley bolt which damaged the belt.
