Nice and friendly people, poor service!
The service department has some challenges. Firstly, we advised service what needed to get done at the time of booking, and we told we were wrong only to be told at 3 in the afternoon, after having dropped off the car early in the morning, that we needed the service that we mentioned, but there was not enough time to get it done today. The service manager had to intervene, after we called him directly, to solve the problem. Nevertheless, we finally made it home at 630 pm. Makes for a long day.
