Customer Appreciation

I was totally disgusted in the way I was treated by your sales team after 6 years of owning and maintaining my vehicle with OMS. I thought I was a valued customer but was clearly not. I asked to sell and buy with you and my business was clearly not wanted. I ended up moving my ownership to your competitor down the street because of this.
