I'm a regular and happy customer because of people like Joe Pozderec. My Caddy required a headlamp change. It turned out to be a bigger and very expensive job. He gracefully explained the trouble clearly to me and softened the price shock very well. He went the extra several mile for me seeing that my SRX is very low mileage and in mint condition. The entire headlamp housing/assembly was replaced at a third of the original quote! Again, thanks, Joe! I'm always treated very well by all the staff I've encountered over the years. I remain a very loyal customer, thanks to everyone.
