Service was good but outcome did not rectify problem

Brought my 2014 Traverse in for semi annual service and snow tire swap that portion was excellent as usual. Had a Bluetooth issue where voice command was not being recognized intermittently or adding numbers (always a 6). Ryan call me a stated that they had not been able to recreate problem. I tried a call when I left the dealership and the problem occurred 4 times out of 6 call attempts. This occurs with both my android and my wife's iPhone. Discussed this with Ryan and will vehicle back at later date for follow up.
