car purchase-didn't happen
In July, I was called 4 times to come in to look at upgrading my Equinox. I made an appointment with John P. I waited over an hour to meet with John and never got in to see him. I question why I would bother to set up an appointment if it was not going to be kept. I was shown a vehicle that seriously interested me.
John quoted me the sticker price in a follow up text. The math on the pricing made no sense on top of that. Basically, I would have been charged over 60k for a vehicle with a price of 40k... at 0% interest.
When I received a follow up call from Meagan, I expressed my complete displeasure. Her response was, " I'm sorry you didn't find the experience pleasant."
It's a good thing that the service department at Murray's is great under Scott Kelly, or I'd have nothing to do with Murray's. I sincerely doubt my next purchase will be there, however.
