Professionalism and customer service

"Toyota" World's most leading automobile company is just not committed to give the best cars, but professionalism and customer satisfaction is their FIRST and the main goal towards their customers to meet their expectaions and to make them feel valued . Mr. Abbas Hamza at Toyota Oregan's Halifax, NS was dealing with me on my new purchase of Totoya Camry XSE, not limited to sell the car to me was his goal but, my expectations and what my need was his the only goal. My little explanation towards my new purchase was enough information to him that what exaclty i was looking for , not limited to the payments he went above and beyond to make payments under my budget. Buying a new car is always an excitement for anyone , its and exitement for the sales person as well i was never aware of that, he was excited to have everything ready even before i got there to pick up the car. It was saturday and he had everything reday before 9 , i was scheduled to work at 10:30 and he made sure to get everything done within time so i could make it to work on time . Not just i took the car the game was over, he made sure to call me on monday about my experience so far with the car, that was really nice of him. He is a true asset for the company. There is nothing better than dealing with the sales assosiates who are willing to help the customers by knowing their needs.
