It was an unexpected very pleasurable experience.
From the first call for information from sales reception, to meeting our salesman in person, everyone was most pleasant. On the day that we came to trade in our vehicle and finalize the deal, Tim was with another customer in the showroom. First reception, then two more sales personnel asked if we would like a coffee or drink while we waited..On the day we came to up our new car, Tim spent considerable time explaining the many new features. We were most impressed.
