My experience was wonderful.
The service I received from Normand was world class. I never felt any pressure from the first sit down to the final hand shake to seal the deal. After the first sit down the price was a bit out of my budget, but Normand asked me to give him a call early in November as there might be a new promo starting that would make more sense for me. On November 1st Normand gave me a call to advise me of the new promotion that just started. We discuss a few things and then schedule an appointment to test drive the HRV. On the night of the test drive we seal the deal and picked up the HRV the next day. When we picked up the HRV, Normand explained to us what all the new buttons did and he also set up the connection between my phone and the vehicle. Today Normand followed up with me to see how I was making out with the vehicle and answered a few questions that I had. This is the 4th vehicle that I purchased from Normand and probably not my last.
