Very friendly staff but communication was a bit of an issue.
My sales rep. was very honest and upfront, friendly and answered all questions. The financing was okay. I had asked that I would pay cash for the 7 day insurance sticker (this was put into the loan) and I misunderstood the quote on the extra insurance, thus making my payments more than I thought.
