Painful/Misleading
Both parties including General Motors and the dealers themselves are all misleading in purchasing new vehicles. There is very poor customer service from both parties which stop returning phone calls when service issues get to extreme situations. I as a business owner and fleet of General Motors vehicles have seen now that warranty is nothing but a channel of hoops and games in hope the consumer takes all liability. 3 years of current vehicle issues after spending $300k I have been treated like a complete idiot. Still no current outcome of a fix, not to mention safety concerns of the consumer myself having to drive around video taping the issues the vehicle currently experiences illegally. Being lied to about all systems are normal and having to investigate items yourself. My current vehicle repair fix quote on quote from a dealer was "buy a new GM the next one wont have the same problems". Thanks for that fix update of course at my expense again wheres my warranty? Wow
