I dealt with Regan. and from the start he was upfront what would be required to get fully approved, I am self employed. No surprises, I was fully approved with no surprises. I had a delay in getting the car on the agreed date of delivery and Regan was very patient and helpful in dealing with the delay I had, the delay had nothing to do Empire Auto Group. I have the Car and it's in excellent condition. Regan was certainly more professional than other Sales people I dealt with when deciding who to purchase a car from.
