time for repairs took longer than expected.But it was explained and I accepted the reason behind the delay.
the service provided from Trevor was excellent.he explained the reason for the delay and he apologized for the delay. he also presented me with a complimentary coffee mug,which was welcomed and appreciated. It was only a one and a half hour delay.
