my first new car buying experience was awful
This was the first time I went to go and buy a new car. I went to go look at the car about 3 times when I was told that I needed to make a decision as I was pretty much wasting their time. so I got the car and the number that I was originally told was absolutely different then the final number . ( sales men did not inform me of all the additional fees). I argued with the manager for days when they finally agreed to void the extra charges. I was also given a extended 2 year warranty but they failed to mention it was a different warranty after 3 years and covered basically nothing. I also argued this. then to make the experience worse I, I would bring cash to the dealership to pay the car off asap. when I called head office to see my remaining balance I was shocked to hear that the cash was not sent to head office ( about 7000.00 in cash). please note on the day of purchasing the car I met a man outside who warned me not to buy at this dealership as it was very dishonest. I wish I had listened to him, it also appears every time I go to the service department I need to pay to fix something that should be covered under the warranty. As a young female buying a new car this experience was awful. Very dishonest people working there, who only care about a sale.
