Great service until the deal was done, then it fell apart
I received great service until I made the deal, but afterwards the quality of the service fell apart. I should have received a call from the finance person, or the sales person when the car was ready to be picked up, but instead I had to chase them down. I seemed to have fallen through the cracks when it came to financing the vehicle, and received a call 2 weeks after I had purchsed my car saying that they had finally been able to arrange financing for me.
