Audi S3 2016

At purchase the salesman was very nice and professional. But 2 months later I was ask to speak with the manager by a salesman at Parts. I did speak with manager and sent follow up email without Any response from Hunt Club manager. We purchased the car in Ontario but plated it in Quebec and it didn't came with the Ontario plate holder for the front. we moved 2 months after purchasing the car to Ontario. We need to purchased a $400 piece of plastic to hold the plate. Also told the manager I'd be interested at purchasing winter Tires/Rims if we could come to a reasonable agreement for the plate holder. I'm really not impressed. It's very Cheap "Poor sense of judgement" to charge people for this, specially when we are told that all cars delivered to Ontario dealers come with the plate kit. I bought this car for my wife. I'm uncertain if I would by another bigger model Audi for myself. I'm so pissed off, my wife still drives without a front plate...
