Confused as to which event to which you are referring, Purchase or service???

I have great concern over a number of issues that seem to be rather new , uncommon and losing a fee steps compared to the last 35 years I have been a customer of Mark Motors and I would like a personal meeting with Les Swerdfeger or Michael Mrak to privately air my deepest of concerns. What the hell is going on at Audi Canada and downward. You can do whatever you want but know what Louie would have said. There is definitely a an overall lack of cohesion and taking responsibility for such a fine automobile and the whole experience. Pride seems to be the slave of the pay checque and not sustaining the fine experience you once had, not just pockets of fine experiences. I am hoping this can be addressed and turned around before it becomes a bunch of disjointed misfits masquerading as a fine experience. Sometimes you ring the bell and others you are winded halfway up the hill. Specifics to be revealed in camera.
