The service falls far short of matching the quality of Audi products

It was my first experience with servicing an Audi and I guess I expected better. Check in took over an hour, mostly waiting for the loaner I had booked. I expected the loaner to be an Audi not a Chevy Track. The work was to be done by 4PM, but was only ready the next day. Even then I had to return when I noticed that they had failed to provide and install the winter matts I had purchased.
