Poor Shuttle Service
Good morning,
Let me start off by saying that both my wife and I currently have leases with you. Though I understand that on the morning that i arrived (12.12.16) it was storming outside. The shuttle was very late, I waited, I understood, and quietly walked to the office.
What I found disappointing, however, was that when the Service Rep called me at about 5:00pm (it was a woman) to tell me that my wife's car was ready she also informed me that the shuttle service was closed for the day. I work literally 250-300m away from your store. I was outta luck and "I'm sorry" was the response when I prompted her. No effort was made to pick me up despite acknowledging that "someone should have called you already".
