In June I had my 2013 Equinox at OMS for an oil change & tire rotation. I found the entire experience very satisfactory starting with the booking of an appointment, the offer of a drive home while the vehicle was being serviced, to the delivery of my vehicle to me when promised. Everyone I encountered at OMS was friendly and helpful.
