I had a great experience

I made an appointment for getting my second Qx60 infinity key programmed on December 23 at 3:00 but could not make it on time because of really bad traffic. But thankfully when I called to re-schedule it, the courteous service staff said that they could wait to do the service that day. The service was done in less than an hour and I was very happy with the service and the fact that I did not have to make another appointment. Thank you
