I was treated professionally and respectfully by Brian (service advisor) and Wayne B (Sales associate)
This was the third time that I had brought in this vehicle to deal with the same problem (ie. transfer case would not shift out of 4X4 mode) . Brian had the shop foreman analyze the problem on this occasion and the shop foreman kept my truck in an extra day so they could try it the next day and make sure that the problem did not re occur. I do not think that they could have done much else to deal with the problem.
