purchase of 2017 Tucson
Our salesman Nelson was keen about the product, interested in us as people, patient with our questions and had to go out into the cold several times to start up and bring us vehicles so we could test drive them. We did not feel pressured to buy.
The rest of the staff from sales manager, to GM to service clerk were all polite and patient and thorough.
When we tried to buy insurance and the MPI system was down, we were quickly provided with a temporary insurance certificate by the Murray staff so that we could still drive our new vehicle home that evening.
When our new vehicle did not start a couple of times in the first week, the sales staff and GM made sure that a loaner car was provided quickly and our car dealt with.
In general we were please with the experience and would both return for another purchase, and recommend Murray Hyundai to other buyers.
