My brother bought a '08 Mitsubishi. Good car, decent initial customer service and a nice cup of coffee. Things soon changed, as the process to ready the car took much longer than promised and the original all season tires disappeared from the deal. He paid $1200 to have new snow tires installed and balanced and the all seasons were always part of the deal. Upon pick up of the car, he was told the all seasons were no longer a fit for the car. No alternative was offered. I left a voice mail with the manager of operations. Never heard back. He must now purchase all seasons.
