When we arrived at 4 in the afternoon to him and haw over vehicles and think about a test drive we were greeted by Dean. He asked if he could help I told him I usually see Dave he informed me Dave was on holiday's but if he could help just let him know. The rest is history, he explained the details between corolla and rav4 i took both out for a drive. He never rushed us even though closing time was very near. I explained I've owned my corolla for 14 years and she still has alot of life in her. He thought that was great to hear i was happy with my first toyota. After roughly 2 hours I thanked Dean for his time, thanked Vicki for her time because I happily just bought a 2017 rav4. I picked her up Wednesday Dean stopped to say hello and congratulate me and Dave took it from there making sure I understood all the bells and whistles my new vehicle had. Got a new ball cap, told me to call with any questions or concerns. Everyone is always friendly and helpful when my husband and i have been at collingwood toyota ( we frequent alot my husband has leased 3 vehicles from Dave) I'm happy to say they'll always have our business and I recommend them to everyone !
