Chris was great. The end not so much
Chris was excellent. Very knowledgeable and polite.
The End part of our experience, not so much. Too much back and forth. No replies to my emails for days. When you are not going to be in to work, you need to trigger an "OUT OF OFFICE". It's not professional to keep the customer waiting. I hope my future experiences will go smoother....
