Matt was undeniably the best customer service rep we've ever experiences over the past 50 years of buying vehicles!

* Our Honda experience began with John Brushett Jr., the Used Car Manager, who respectfully forwarded us to Matt Carter. * Matt was neat & tidy & was very pleasant throughout the 6-7 days we worked with him. * Matt was able to answer all & every question we had for him regarding the 3 Hondas we were considering, providing us all the information pertinent to each vehicle. * Matt was very cognizant of our needs & understood the value of our specific requirements. He was very dependable. * Matt followed up with a phone call &/or email after each visit. * Matt explained very clearly how the Honda experience aimed to please every client & we would recommend him to our friends & family as well as other potential customers.
