New tire install
I was scheduled for a new tire install. Service technician notified me it was delayed because the tire was late arriving. Once the tire arrived, my service appt was 2 hours long which I could not accommodate due to other commitments. I had to return on a different day to have the tire installed. It was very inconvenient and frustrating. As well, the technician quoted me $160 for the new tire install and the final invoice was $250 which was unacceptable, in my opinion. I discussed my frustration with the service tech and I was told a survey would be emailed to me.
