Worst service Ever!
I don't even know where to begin ... the salesman called me to tell em about the special promotion and that I was due for both a wheel alignment and an oil changed so I booked right there on the phone. I get to my appointment and not only did I have to wait in line for 30 minutes (why bother booking a time slot then) but the lady gave me my invoice for payment for when the work would be completed and it was almost $260 more than the original phone quote. After speaking to numerous "managers" they finally decided to honor the phone appointment price (thank gosh). I got the work done, went in to pay and had to go over everything all over again .... talk about being disorganized.
Now to top it off, a couple month later my oil change light comes on! Impossible, I thought as just got one ... the bleepin' dummies didn't rest the light so I had to go back yet again. No apologies, no nothing ... worst place ever! I had a gift card with almost $80 left over and gave it away to a customer behind as will never ever ever return to this place!
