I came to her in a state of desperation and knew I didn't have much money to play around with but she helped me find a car that fit my financial needs AND had some of my desired features. She made the experience easy to understand for a first time new car owner and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I left the dealership with not only a new car but knowledge about what features and coverage I had for the next three years of my lease.
