Horrible Service
The service department is horrible and seem to not care about your issues and will only try to suggest bandage solutions to get out of finding the underlying issue. Our new 2016 vehicle has been having issues with the battery being drained and dying after leaving the car for only 3 days max. It has had the battery replaced twice already and they insist that nothing is wrong. The advisors, specifically Carolynn and the service manager (Martin Brown) told us that we should just drive the car/go for joyrides or invest in a charger which is ridiculous because why should we have to waste more time in our already busy lives or spend more money than we have to. We told them that the car is driven for at least 30 mins one way to get to work, but their reply was it should be a longer trip which blows my mind because I am not taking a detour or leaving earlier for work, which makes me wonder if they actually know what they are talking about. I have never ever heard of having to do these ridiculous things especially on a new car and no one that I asked has either, yet only Honda insists that this is solution and won't do anything about it. Also, when we were sold this vehicle, we were promised many things such as car washes and to date they have only done this the first time we brought the vehicle in. I strongly recommend not purchasing a vehicle here or visiting this location because you will waste your time and get talked down to.
