Great sales staff and that's where it ends

2011 Venza lease return sold safetied. Before my 30days tail light warrant I used the EBrake and it stuck showing they do not do the "160 point inspection" I was told all oil changes were done at this location and shwon this on service records. I had two done myself by collingwood Toyota and after being told my $1800 warranty doesn't cover the $300 heat shield or the $300 head light ballast I took it to Owen sound Toyota but before I did I checked my air filer. I took photos of the filter jammed into the air box. It was left like that for so long it made a mark in the dirt that in sure was just blowing by it. Your service is terrible your service manager and sales manager did not even reply to the email that was sent to me from Ed Akitt addressing my concerns. Seems the only ones that care what so ever are the sales guys. the air filter was left crammed into the air box and so badly deformed I had to use some adhesive to hold its for so I could drive my car. I live 1-1/2 hours from the nearest dealer(baywest) By the way when I had my oil changed at baywest I called In a panic because they checked off the air filter element was check! It was glued!! So I called to ask if they actually did becuase I'd be turning around to get a new one but to my surprise they said no they hadn't even checked it. Who do I trust? Brakes are part of a basic safety You'd think an air filter would be checked during at least one of the many oil changes done that they claim were done at their location.
