My wife and I purchased a Honda Civic 2.0 Turbo and Toyota Corolla 2016 at the same time (August 2016). The Honda car has given us nothing but problems. From day one, we were always getting "lane departure", "mitigation error", and car not starting with remote control. We took it into the dealership and dealt with Wong who did a factory reset. However, that didn't resolve the issues. Finally, now when we brought it in, we were told that Honda has accidentally put on a wrong tire which was causing all these problems. No problem! We were happy the issues got resolved but as soon as I took the vehicle home, the starter would not work and now when you hit the brakes, it gives a "click" noise which wasn't the case prior to this. On the other hand, the Toyota Corolla has never given us a problem from day one and it was $7,000 cheaper than the Honda 2.0. We're just sad to see so much money go to waste on a brand new vehicle.
