Chers was very polite and knowledgable on problems we had with used truck we bought elsewhere.Had all info in place when she called too inform us of problems,and was right on with her estmate of price and when repairs completed.When asked about previous service on vehicle she accessed system and told us of other repairs done at Chevrolet dealers.Very satisfied with Chera and will request her in the future.
