Took too long and was not helpful
Took my car in to get a new tire put on. Took over an hour and a half. It was not explained to me that they were waiting for confirmation from Alberta, where no one would have been working to provide confirmation at that time. 8am in ontario. I told dan about my issue with my spare tire being flat. I just bought the car in May and had never used the spare up until this point. He told me to make sure I get them to check it every time I get it serviced. That does not explain to me why I was sold a brand new car with a spare flat. I didn't think to check it before needing it, I thought honda would have provided a spare tire in working order.
Although staff was very nice and friendly. I feel like more communication would have helped. And more concern shown for the issue I had.
