I like the full service experience with Collingwood Toyota.

I appreciated being contacted by Collingwood Toyota near the end of my lease, as this ensured I had ample time to choose another vehicle for my next lease. The sales person was always friendly and easily answered all my questions. The finance staff person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Collingwood Toyota transitioned me out of and into my new lease with very little effort on my part - all the details were looked after, and I really appreciate the full service the company provides. The only negative is each time I met with the sales person he seemed a little rushed/distracted by other people, phone calls, etc. I think more time could have been taken so I understood the differences between the packages on the vehicle. In fact, because the salesperson was slightly late for one appointment, I noticed a ad sign about the remote car starter. I ended up buying this feature because I seen the sign, not because it was reviewed with me along with other options.
