we started with getting information on line and we chatted with an online person who was helpful she made our appointed to meet with a sales rep. We were greeted cheerfully and asked what vehicle we were looking for...He was very good and patient with answering all our questions ...and respected whatever decision we would make....In the end we bought our 2017 Sante Fe Sport and love it !!
